We hired Angela for a family members case. I can't say how relieved I was at the outcome. Someone before mentioned how she knows the Gwinnett courts and such, boy does she! She really knows how to work the system. We were kept informed on the matter throughout the process. She guided us through all options that were associated and she delivered Big Time! Angela really treated me with dignity and respect just as her web site says, and gave me good counsel on getting fair treatment in the eyes of the law. She took the time to understand my needs in the case even though it was really a small minor case, and followed up with me consistently, and, was always available when I needed to ask a question or clarify something. I really felt like I had hired someone who would be my advocate from the very start.

I had the pleasure of working with Angela when my Mom died. She was recommended to me by a friend who said she was the best. She was!,
First of all, she has a good knowledge base so she knows exactly what to do with confidence.
Second, she was so helpful. She really cared about me and my family.
Third, she understood what I was going through and was strong when I needed her to be.
Fourth, I felt very comfortable talking to her.
Fifth, I could contact her at any time and she returned my calls and emails promptly.

I didn't know where to start the probate process or what to do. Angela took me through the stages, helped with all the paperwork and submitted everything to the courts when required. I felt confident that everything was done correctly so I didn't have to worry about having problems later.

While she was a nice person, that had nothing to do with how the case was handled. She was very vague during the entire process, did not communicate thoroughly during the process. For the amount that I paid her for handling my case, I was not happy with the services and communications she provided. I feel that I was not informed of the expectations and likely outcome; blind sided to say the very least. She provided excuses when there was extended lag time between when I contacted her and the receipt of her response, She did not fight for my day in court and I would not use her again. When a person retains an attorney they should feel a sense of reassurance that their legal fight will be taken care of as best expected. It isnt the fact that the outcome was not one preferred, but that the lack of work put in to the case was poor and filled with excuses.

Angela was the third attorney that I have hired to help me with my ongoing cases of modification and contempt in my divorce. I wish I would have found her from the beginning of my divorce and I most likely would not still be in court over a year later. She is honest and very upfront about everything. She keeps you informed on every detail without racking up an enormous bill. Angela also found numerous mistakes that were written in my final divorce decree and is still currently trying to get them all worked out for me. I would recommend Angela to everyone I know especially if someone asks my advice on who to hire. I feel as though she doesn't make you feel like you're just another
client; but makes you feel as if you were her friend. I respect her and feel like she respects me as well

I've dealt with several attorneys before and Ms. Kinley by far is the "BEST" attorney I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She is prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way through my case. She was always honest and forth coming in her advice. She responded to our emergency call and case in less than 30 minutes and was with us every step of the way for the last 2 years. We have also retained her for another family member's case. Ms. Kinley is a very responsive and persistant attorney. She works hard for her clients and is very knowlegable with many areas of law. We hired her on a child custody modification and now are currently in the midst of an adoption. Very knowledgeable, very responsive. Gets results. Worth the asking price. You can spend less money, but your expectations will not be met.

She knows the Gwinnett courts, protocols, statutes and has a very respectable relationship with everyone, treats the filing clerks like queens.

This enables her to get quicker than normal responses from the court.

I would rehire her if an issue came up.
