Worked hard for 5 years Case reduced. No DUI

Kevin was an extreme advocate for my life. I received a dui in 2019 and he showed up in a small city court in south Fulton and fought tenaciously for me. The courts already knew his caliber and upon beginning to motion, the judge knew he had to bind this over to Fulton county where they were more fi...nancially postured to fight this. Upon binding to the state Kevin remained poised and prepared to fight my case when ever it was called into the calendar, which took over 2.5 years. Motions were filed and the state literally had no evidence. At this time I moved to California, then Seattle and back to California. Kevin was knowledgeable enough to file the right papers to where I never had to take a step back in Georgia. The prosecution tried to move my case to dui court where they knew I would be at a disadvantage and Kevin vehemently defended that at which the judge agreed to keep my case In its current venue being I was over 2300 miles away. Now today I can say that a plea was struck for reckless driving with a 500 fine and the case being closed. I’m truly grateful for his service and advocacy of me as a defendant and today five years later I received everything I contracted Kevin to do and my life isn’t ruined being that this wasn’t my first dui. Thank you Kevin and if you’re looking for counsel that will tell you the truth, understands the law, and can defend your rights Kevin Mooney will not fall short of your expectation.

Got me out of a bind with a tough judge

Mr. Mooney represented me in my DUI case in DeKalb county. His payment options and fee schedule were very reasonable for an attorney of his excellent standards. He explained everything clearly and concisely throughout the entire process, and puts you at ease. He got my charges(3) reduced to a reckles...s driving charge with a very reasonable sentence against a pretty tough judge! I highly recommend his services!

Exactly the lawyer that I needed

Just what I needed. Gave me a payment plan that I could afford on my budget. Told me what to expect. Gave me the options as we got closer to the final court dates. Explained all the details. Amazing

Kevin Mooney is excellent at his job. I had a jury trail and was found not guilty! You can tell he really cares about knowing all the details of the case. I would highly recommend Kevin Mooney to family and friends. He isn't cheap but he id worth every penny. He gave me a second chance.
