The 99 Dollar Lawyer came about after many individuals recognized that attorneys too often enticed them into paying thousands of dollars in fees, that many situations could be handled by them without an attorney, or that there just wasn't enough money to hire an attorney. Yet, getting some direction, training and guidance would improve considerably the chances of a good outcome when contending with the legal system. By offering 30 minutes Sessions, the 99 Dollar Lawyer puts the individual in control of what is spent and provides a means to get specific help navigating through a situation that is or may be legal in nature.
In each Session, the 99 Dollar Lawyer will teach you how to do more, learn more, and get specific actions done after your Session on your own. It is the goal of the 99 Dollar Lawyer to help you and not to require that you return time and again. The complexity of your situation and your individual abilities will dictate how much you get from a Session.
Remember, law school in the USA comes only after college and law school is 3 years in length. Not all who graduate from law school get a license to practice law and not all who get a license to practice do well in the courtroom. If you are representing yourself, it isn't recommended or easy. Yet, the 99 Dollar Lawyer Sessions are intended to accelerate your learning curve and to give you the tools to do a better job handling your situation, which circumstances may you doing on your own.

David Delugas is the exception to most attorneys. He is not only exceptionally qualified to litigate if you need to; David strives to find solutions between parties in order to minimize the financial and emotional costs. I would recommend to anyone who wants a Family Law Attorney.
"I worked with David in a mediation. As a neutral, he did a great job helping the parties and their attorneys come up with solutions and kept the dialogue going even when we seemed to approach stalemate."
"I endorse this lawyer. I know Mr. Delugas to be a mediator who is willing to go the distance to get a mediated resolution to a case. I have witnesses his diligence first hand through two ten hour sessions of mediation. At the end of the second day, those very adversarial parties had an agreement."
"I endorse this attorney for his professionalism and experience in the area of family law. I have had the opportunity to develop a friendship with him over the past year and I highly respect his knowledge and experience in representing his clients."
"David is a strong, diligent, and effective advocate for his clients. He is very experienced and knowledgeable in the law and it is my pleasure to endorse him in the area of Family Law. I am confident of his ability to assist clients in all aspects of their cases in that discipline."
