Biography
Evin L. Somerstein exclusively practices Family Law litigation and Collaborative Law to assist clients in complex divorce and custody matters, support, division of marital estates, and prenuptial agreements.
Evin’s beginning in criminal defense created his compelling courtroom presence and his unique style has earned him the respect of judges, attorneys, and clients alike.
Evin takes pride in producing creative solutions for clients through Collaborative Law and is a founding member of the Atlanta Collaborative Divorce Alliance.
He has served on the Board of Directors for the Collaborative Law Institute of Georgia since 2007. Evin frequently lectures at seminars and is a regular Radio Guest Speaker on Q100, The Bert Show’s “Ask the Divorce Attorney.” He is a 1994 graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law and 1989 graduate of the University of Georgia’s College of Journalism.
