Impossible DUI Results.

I came to Mr. Berry's office not knowing who he was or anything about him. When I arrived at his office and met him, I found him to be very cool, calm, and confident about his knowledge of the dui laws in Ga. The most important thing I was looking for in an attorney was his blunt honesty, this allowed me to be very open and honest with him. When Mr. Berry received all the evidence and police recordings my case looked bleak to say the least, because I knew I was guilty and I also knew I was very emotional during the sobriety check which didn't help my cause and is also a red light to law enforcement officials. During the process leading up to the trial Mr. Berry remained steadfast working behind the scene making moves to improve the final outcome. He also advised me of the penalties I would incur regardless of the outcome this allowed me to perform my community service as well complete the mandatory DUI school before the trial. Now I'm telling you my situation was one I wouldn't bet a nickel on my odds was not good. Mr. Berry worked out a deal first with the DA and the Trooper for reduction of the charges and my no suspended driving privileges. It worked, no jail time, license intact, Dui charged reduced to reckless, I was in a state of shock, and being Black in the county I was arrested in, I was scared to death and knew I was going to get smoked but Mr. Berry helped me get out of this mess with my butt intact. When the trial was over Mr. Berry bid me farewell and walked out as cool as the pink panther. I was still in shock as I talked with the probation officer about the outcome of the trial. So I would strongly recommend Mr. Berry if you are in need of a DUI attorney and his fees are very affordable. If you get a DUI you must have an attorney because if you don't, the system will have no regards for you because the DUI process is designed to break you down, humiliate you and take away all matter of dignity you may have. Last but not least driving under the influence is something that can be avoided, this has been a totally horrific experience for me one that I would never want to revisit again. I truly believe the Lord blessed me and the Trooper saved my life. Whatever you do on this earth please don't drink and drive. Thanks

I am committed to working tirelessly for each of my clients and to obtaining the best possible outcome for their case or legal matter. I represent clients in metro Atlanta, north Georgia and Gwinnett County. I have an office conveniently located between the three main courthouses in Lawrenceville and have been practicing in Gwinnett County since 2007. Before entering the practice of law, I was a teacher and coach for several years. The organizational skills and attention to detail in teaching and coaching transferred well to the practice of law.

I am involved in my community in many different ways and, in 2009, I coached a nine year old football team in Suwanee and in 2010 I coached a fourteen year old basketball team in Lawrenceville. I was also the head coach of an eleven year old football team in Suwanee in 2010. Since then, I have also volunteered with an at-risk teen organization called STRAP, worked with the mock trial program in Gwinnett, and take several pro bono cases each year.

I hold a black belt teaching certificate in the art of Chinese Boxing and practice Tai-Chi, Wing-Chun and other arts of self-defense and self-actualization. I also play in a weekly basketball league, play beach volleyball in the summertime, and enjoy a variety of other activities, including swing dancing, ballroom dance, hiking, mountain biking, boating, waterskiing, and snowskiing. I attend a community Christian church and believe that most of the problems of mankind ultimately have a spiritual root cause and need a spiritual solution.

My first two years out of law school were spent working for a small firm that handled personal injury, family law, business law, and general practice and trial. For the next eight years I worked for larger firms as a real estate closing attorney and foreclosure attorney.

In 2007, I opened my own law firm, with a goal of helping people with their everyday problems. Since that time, I have handled hundreds of cases in the Gwinnett County, metro Atlanta, and North Georgia courts encompassing several areas in the practice of law, with a focus on criminal defense, traffic tickets and personal injury.

Simply The Best...Wallace Berry is the one

Well Worth It :)

Highly Recommend

Wallace Berry was the only lawyer who would take on my case. Many others turned it down, because they didn't think there would be enough money available. Mr. Berry took the case despite this. He was very kind and understanding about everything that had happened to my sister and me. He was extremely knowledgeable about how to handle the situation and kept us both informed every step of the way. In the end, he was able to reach a settlement that paid all of my bills, plus some. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of an attorney, and would use him again if the situation arose.

Finding Wallace has been the best thing that could have happened to my family. Can not say enough positive about Mr. Berry

My case was criminal.Thanks to Mr. Berry's tireless work,and skill, the resolution was much better than I expected. He always kept me up to date regarding my case. The very few times I had to call him with a question, he returned my call quickly.He will be my attorney for any legal needs I have in the future.

Criminal Justice

Mr. Berry is an excellent attorney and very knowledgeable about criminal justice. My case was very complex as my child was in a live-in facility and had been sexually abused. I was devastated when I learned of the crime and called The Berry Law Firm immediately for help. Mr. Berry personally handled my case and walked me through every step of what I needed to do, from reporting the crime to the authorities, informing me of my rights, providing excellent advice, to gathering information that I needed to make my case strong. As a result of Mr. Berry being a “hands-on” attorney and of his expertise, the perpetrator is now serving time in prison for this heinous crime.
