I am 65, a company executive and was ticketed for speeding, stupidly doing 84mph in a 55mph zone. Michelle represented me in court and negotiated with the officer achieving a reduction to a minor offense and 0 Points!
She is totally responsive and absolutely on top of her game. I can not recommend her more!

Michelle represented me for an egregious speed violation today. I committed the same violation a few years ago and feared the same repercussions - suspended license, points, huge increases in insurance costs that last years and cost $1,000's.
NOT THIS TIME! The police officer spoke with us before we went into court and I distinctly remember him saying the words "...lose his license." Not gonna fly with Michelle! I ended up with a reduced fine and zero points. Oh - most importantly - NO license suspension.
I couldn't be happier or more relieved.
Thank you, Michelle!

She helped me appeal my drivers license suspension. I contacted her a few days before my actual court date and she got it extended and helped me solve my problem.

I asked Michelle if she could assist with a Septa citation. She responded to my message immediately with a detailed plan and spoke about her previous experience with such cases. She moved to have the charges dismissed and the record expunged, and everything has moved smoothly toward that goal. Michelle was excellent at explaining exactly how the process works and keeping me updated with the latest developments. I can also speak to her compassion -- when we met at the court house, she took a moment to talk with someone in need and connect him with the right people. I wholeheartedly recommend hiring Michelle!

Even though this was my first time ever needing a lawyer, I could not have picked a better one! Michelle was just outstanding! She has a wonderful personality as well, which made everything so much easier. Michelle is very easy to talk to and understanding. She kept me reassured but also told me the truth. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, and even though I hope to never get in trouble again, I would definitely call her first if anything happened. Thank you so much Michelle, for saving me through a difficult time! You are an amazing woman!

My driver's license had been suspended for an isolated medical incident. Michelle worked the case from every angle, and was able to restore my driving privileges. Very grateful for her dedication on my behalf. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Michelle. When I was searching for an attorney to represent me in my criminal case, I was very lost and didn't know what I needed. I spoke with quite a few attorneys before Michelle, but she was the first that seemed to recognize me with genuine interest. She immediately started working to help me and has never let me feel less than 100% dedicated. I was very lucky to find her and I can only hope thus review helps someone else make the best choice of hiring Michelle. Easy to reach, quick to answer, and invested in my outcome. Not just invested in my case, but ancillary details in my life. Smart, funny, caring, and highly skilled. I can't say enough about Michelle A. Fioravanti.

I received a DUI in Philadelphia in April of 2013 and I had the privilege of having Michelle as my attorney. Michelle was always just a phone call away. If I ever had a question she always had an answer. She made the whole process easier. What impressed me the most was how she worked with you and was in your corner throughout the whole process and you never had a question unanswered. I recommend Michelle to anyone, she will be there for you whenever she is needed. If she ran for president I would vote for her.

I made a mistake and was charged with a DUI, simple assault, and reckless endangerment of another person (REAP). I had never required a lawyer before, and did not know what to do, or who to turn to. Furthermore, due to immigration issues, I could not afford to be found guilty of the REAP or simple assault charges. At least for me, this was a very high-stakes situation.
After contacting (and visiting) 3 different lawyers, I got a call back from Michelle, and I knew I was going to go with her. I don't want to get into details about the other lawyers, but in that one conversation she did for me what the others did not. She is very succinct and professional. She did not give me false hope, but real assurance. She is trustworthy.
She worked very well and was very responsive throughout my case. She managed to remove all charges, except for the DUI. I received the minimum legal sentence (anything below would be against the law). Her experience (25+ years!) and knowledge kept me at ease. Her ability to communicate clearly, answer my detailed questions, and concise weighing and presentation of available options impressed me. I said it before, she gave me real assurance.
Furthermore, I found out that my court-appointed sentence (to serve time) coincided with very important situation at work, Anyone who knows the Philadelphia justice system, would understand how tough it is to CHANGE the scheduling and date of your sentence. After communicating my dilemma to her, I received a change of date the very next day. Now, this may only be important to me, but she moved my mountain, again. This is why she's my favorite lawyer.

Michelle has helped me several times to handle my legal issues. She is honest, trustworthy, and very responsive to all of my silly time consuming questions. I really enjoy her help and successful results.
