Client Experience

I would definitely recommend Mike Evans to anyone I know. He is direct, honest, and knowledgeable. Since we were not familiar with the process, he mapped out a timeline of all the legal process that we would have to go through. He is also very honest and open about all the possible outcomes. Thro...ugh out the process Mike knew exactly what he needed to do to get us the result we wanted. In the end, we got the result we wanted without having to go to trial.

Mike is a WINNER!!!

Mike took an uncomfortable situation with grace & professional concern for my Wife & I. His recommendations for a criminal case & a civil case, were spot on & worked for us in court. He did not overwhelm us with legal jargon & provided the information needed to make good decisions. Thanks a mill...ion Mike!!

Hard working, compassionate, dedicated lawyer.

I first called Mr. Evans regarding an HOA case really not knowing what would happen. He arranged for our first meeting and I was very nervous. After going through my story, he immediately showed compassion and said he would help me. He seemed genuinely upset about the way I had been treated by my ...HOA. During the 9 months as our lawyer, Mr. Evans always kept me in the loop of what was going on. He was tough and knowledgeable about HOA's. Even when I failed to disclose what I thought wasn't pertinent, he was understanding and got me through it. He worked hard for myself and my daughter and even though we didn't get the amount we were hoping for, we walked away knowing the problem was finally resolved. I loved working with Mr. Evans, he is dedicated, hard working and knowledgeable and throws humor into your day which is refreshing of a lawyer. Anyone would be lucky to work with him!!!

Very professional and straight-forward.

I went to Mr. Evans regarding a legal issue I have been having and he was very responsive and honest during the entire process. There really wasn't anything that he could do about my problem in the end, but he was dilligent and thorough in an attempt to find out if I had a case.

Michael Evans represented our homeowners issue with the HOA Board exceptionally good. He was very informative, knew the subject matter, defended us and fought for us and what he believed to be the facts, truth, and legal.
