I hired this firm for a probate issue after my boyfriend's death . The most awful experience of my life. They did nothing but string me out for 8 months and after their lack of attention to my case caused a horrible outcome. Aaron Evan , a partner in this firm, promised to personally over see my cas...e because I expressed that I was terribly dissatisfied with my representation. However, Mr. Evan failed to honor any of his promises to me. I would warn anyone thinking to hire this firm to seriously reconsider. I was told that my insignificant case did not warrant thier time or attention but they were so hopeful and attentive when they wanted my retainer!

Aaron Evans was the lawyer who represented me to fight will fraudulently executed by the court appointed guardian and its lawyer. Mr. Evans warned me that even though we had a strong case, overturning a will even signed by a mentally incompetent person, is extremely difficult. We negotiated with some... of the parties named in the will and we were able to recover some of the money owed to our family. We went further in an attempt to overturn the will and get the final monies owed us. This was the part of the case that Mr. Evans and Mr. Case felt would be the most difficult to win. They/we presented a good case but in the end the judge decided that even though the will was signed by by my mentally incompetent uncle, it might have been signed during a period where he had "mental lucidity". So the judge did not over turn the fraudulent will. This in no way reflects on the competence or skill of Mr. Evans. In fact, I was warned that we would probably lose that portion of he case and it was my decision to continue at my own expense. Overall we recovered some money so the whole process including the representation by Mr. Evans was worhtwhile from a learning experience and monetary one.

Contacted Mr. Evans for legal advice on Power of Attorney and Medical Power of Attorney with regards to my mother-in-law who had been diagnosed with terminal cancer.
