Mr. Schneider earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver College of Law in 1995 and was admitted to the Colorado Bar that same year. A long time area resident, he also graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado in Boulder in 1981 and from the Colorado Academy in Denver in 1976.

His field of concentration is family law including divorce, child support and custody issues, adoption and guardianships. He has also contributed his legal talents to volunteer groups, working with the Colorado Bar Association “Thursday Night Bar” and with Colorado Lawyers for the Arts.

Bill was great!!
He really helped me navigate thru the system. Colorado has terrible laws when it comes to child protection, but Bill was amazing at helping me thru a really tough situation.

Client's best interest at heart
Bill is an attorney full of integrity and truly cares about his clients. I hired Bill as my attorney for a high-conflict divorce and while it was a very difficult time I never doubted that Bill had my best interest at hand and at heart and his ability to get us to a fair and reasonable resolution. He has a very strategic approach when you hire him and if allow him to do what he is good at, I firmly believe you will be VERY satisfied with his representation.

Great Work and Research !
Bill was a great help and resource after my divorce as my ex-wife wanted to fight me on everything for our son. He takes his time to make sure he has every resource available for him to review and makes sure he helps make the right choice in your case. This case was a long one and Bill kept me update on any communications that came from the other attorney. We always worked through what I was requesting and making sure every detail was covered before it was filed with the court. My ex-wife used two attorney's to help fight against what I was wanting for our son. Bill is very reasonable when he has open communication with other attorneys. In the end... Bill being very calm and patient helped grant what I was trying to get for my son I would recommend Bill any time and would use him again in the future if I ever need it. At least sit down with him so he understands what your direction is.

Fully recommend and would hire again in an instant.
Bill took my divorce case and stuck with me all the way to the end. Always concerned for me and my children’s best interest. Always professional and available. Plus being very knowledgeable on how to handle different situations and in my case there was multiple, he was there to help me deal with all of them. When your looking for someone to help you through difficult times and situations, Bill is who you need.
