Michael Evans was friendly yet very professional. I was comfortable talking to him about any issue. He listened, thoroughly discussed my options, and gave solid recommendations on how to proceed. His expertise was valuable. He was able to negotiate with the DA to reduce the plea-deal even further..., and still avoid any trial. His costs were reasonable (compared to others we contacted), and when we did not use all of the retainer he refunded us the difference. I felt he was very fair.
