Anyone who gives this lawyer anything but a zero star is not honest. He is rude. Doesn’t remember your case after a year after several times corresponding. He will over charge and not correct billing. Decides to argue with you instead of fixing his error . He will over charge your case thinking w his... long time experience is the right way to go when it is irrelevant. He doesn’t take ur case in confidence. He will file for motion to dismiss as ur lawyer when he is asked to own up to discrepancies with anything. He wrote my judgement wrong n when he confronted he withdrew from being my lawyer instead of fixing the issue. He will wrk w payment only to over charge u thousands. There is so much more to add. Bottom line is do not use him.

I hired Dennis for my divorce. Granted divorce is a hard thing to go through, Dennis did not represent me fairly. He does not return calls or emails. He does NOT fight for you. As a result of his failure to adequately represent me I have had to hire another firm which cost me a lot of money and have ...missed certain deadlines to appeal anything. RUN the other way!!

I hired Dennis Lacerte in 2006 for my divorce lawyer, and custody for my son. I will say that as a single mother, this was expensive for me. About 2 years ago my ex resurfaced, creating nightmares & I could not afford Dennis Lacerte this round, which lead me to a cheaper lawyer ( who ended up NOT ...being cheaper, and very poor services. I am still living a nightmare when I feel Mr. Lacerte would have handled this instantly. I SAY ONCE YOU HIRE DENNIS, NEVER CHEAT ON A GOOD LAWYER. I wish I had hired him back.
