My experience with securing the services of an attorney is significant; Corporate, Real estate; Family, PI etc. This is one of several times I have hired an attorney for criminal purposes. Furthermore, reasonable billing rates, reasonable billing practices (a major risk-not here), and moreover, excellent communication, excellent execution and a passion that should held by all layers for the law and a belief in what the law that once was and could be IF we ALL vote, and vote wisely against the trend of law vs. the middle class.

I needed help dealing with my HOA who wasn't following the rules under CCOIA when administering violation notices and assessing fees. Mr. Evans proved to be very knowledgeable about HOA law and represented my case to the HOA with an amicable approach. When it was evident that the HOA wasn't interes...ted in settling amicably, Mr. Evans did a fantastic job representing me and my case. He did not back down and in the end we were able to settle my case out of court. I would highly recommend Mr. Evans.
