In July of 2013, I was travelling in Colorado for work when a worst case scenario, in the wrong place at the wrong time, scenario took place. I was found guilty of Reckless Driving with a deferred judgment of a DWAI, Driving While Ability Impaired, pending upon successful completion of 2 years’ probation.
