In July of 2013, I was travelling in Colorado for work when a worst case scenario, in the wrong place at the wrong time, scenario took place. In the late morning of this particular weekday, a random roadside checkpoint took place off the freeway in Douglas County. A class 4 DOT inspection of all co...mmercial business vehicles ensued. I first called Mr. Evans regarding an HOA case really not knowing what would happen. He arranged for our first meeting and I was very nervous.
