False restraining order

My fiancé and I recently retained Michael Evans to defend us regarding a false restraining order from my ex-husband. With approximately 3-4 days to prepare for the case Michael was able to put together a very solid defense he made sure to make room in his extremely busy schedule to get us in to prepa...re for the case as well as interview our character witnesses. I would definitely work with Mr. Evans again as he is extremely professional, knowledgeable and works hard, in the end we won our case.

Would have hired someone more experienced

In my opinion, in hind sight, I would not have hired this attorney. I feel my experience was neither positive nor productive. I had many unanswered e mails and questions, and feel it was an expensive lesson on how to select the right attorney. I would have chosen someone with more experience.

Unfortunately, neither AVVO nor the Evans Firm can verify its contents or accuracy from its unidentified author. Our job as lawyers is not to give the answer the client wants to hear, but the truthful, accurate answer, even if that means we can't help the client. We would add that The Evans Firm saves all emails and questions received from clients and has a process of answering those.

Mike Evans Law Firm,

Mike was very instrumental in getting our old management company on track and tried very hard to get him to comply with the wishes of our HOA. Ultimately we had to fire the management company, but he kept the litigation to a minimum. Mike has a deep understanding of Colorado and CCOWA law. As a sitti...ng board member of our HOA, I highly recommend that if you have trouble with getting transparency in your HOA, you need to give Mike a chance to review your problems.

A good man in the clutches

I am quite impressed with the Evens firm. I have worked with Mike Evans for over a year now and have found him to be a very meticulous, attention to detail, no nonsense person. His efforts to keep you informed about every detail of your litigation, involvement and the expectations that will be achie...ved, leave nothing to question, and total faith in his abilities to obtain the desired results you are striving to accomplish.
