I highly recommend Pew Law Center. Really, look no further. We interviewed 3 law firms and without a doubt Pew was hands down the best choice. From our 1st meeting we knew we had made the right choice. This is a hard time in your life and you need to make sure that you chose a firm that will make th...e process easier and as smooth as possible for you. We loved that we could email questions or concerns and they almost immediately got back to us. Our case had a few unique situations with some creditors harassing us. I contacted our Attorney, he immediately called me and he got a letter out to the creditor the next day and the harassment stopped! We personally liked the use of electronic communication - we received email reminders of important timelines, as well as text messages. Let's face it, this is a stressful time and you are kind of in a fog (well, at least we were at times) but they were there leading us all the way through. On the day of our 341 meeting our Attorney was at the courthouse waiting for us to go over what to expect and he sat with us at the table. You couldn't ask for any more then that. We really can't say enough good things about the entire team/office. Everyone was exceptionally nice and caring. Before our hearing we received an email with a video showing us exactly what to expect on the day of our 341 meeting - what questions will be asked, parking, directions, the courthouse and reminders of what to bring. You will be really happy with Pew Law Center - We sure were! I have probably written 2 reviews in my life (who has the time) but when you receive exceptional service I believe they deserve the acknowledgement. I hope I helped someone make a good choice!! You won't be disappointed!

This firm hands down was the best thing to happen to my family since 2007 I had lost my job and my wife had just had our 2nd child so she couldn't work. We fell very behind on our home and had Irs problems from living on retirement. I landed a position which was great but I already was getting levied... for 80% of my paycheck and I got a foreclosures notice in the mail. We hesitantly went to the pew law center very nervous because of what we heard about attorneys. Our first meeting was with Mark. He explained how we could protect our home AND deal with the taxes at the same time....I couldn't believe it was that easy.....still nervous we signed up and proceeded getting our paperwork together. I had a lot of questions and they all got answered right away. When it came to filing we were astonished to see everything proceed exactly how they explained. Now I dint have any tax debt and my home is safe. They literally kept my family off the streets. Give this firm a call they made me feel confident in a time of great stress.

I came to this firm with some tax issues and was honestly scared, having never been to a lawyer for a problem like this. I met their specialist Mark and he really helped me calm down and see that there is light at the end of the tunnel. I contacted Mr. Pew's firm to help me with tax issues. He offered a free consultation that until you actually walk through the door have no idea it is not with an attorney. The "free" consultation is nothing more than qualifying their client with what they call an "intake consultant." They asked 2 q...uestions regarding my taxes but asked many questions about what assets I had and what I would be willing to liquidate. Mr. Pew's firm may be as one reviewer said "focused" but in my opinion he is running a sophisticated phone room operation (my intake consultant entered the room with his headset still on) and was more interested in my willingness to liquidate assets than anything to do with my actual tax case.
