Founding partner, Arthur J. (AJ) Hall, began his law firm in 2013 as a solo practitioner and was the only attorney on his team. Although the firm grew quickly and had great success, Mr. Hall’s background in athletics and sports convinced him of a better approach: his clients would be better served by an entire team of professionals tackling their complicated legal issues.

Two years later in 2015, Mr. Hall partnered with his close personal friend, Ryan Tait, to form the Law Firm of Tait and Hall and offer a more multi-faceted team approach to the firm’s clients. The firm he started nearly 10 years ago now serves over 10 practices areas, each with a highly-qualified, effective team of attorneys and staff to help you win your case and accomplish your goals.

Over the last decade, Mr. Hall has practiced in various areas for the firm, and now primarily practices in Injury Law and serves as the firm’s Director of Personal Injury Law and Business Practices. Together with his Personal Injury team, he approaches each of his clients’ legal matters with the utmost care, respect, and drive to win— no matter how challenging the opponent may be.

Background:

Mr. Hall earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix before attending law school and earning his Juris Doctorate (J.D) degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law.

Post law school, and prior to opening his own firm, Mr. Hall served four years as a Deputy County Attorney at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, where he gained extensive litigation experience prosecuting a wide variety of complaints and charges.

Since its inception, Tait & Hall has evolved into a dynamic, growing team of legal and administrative professionals that exemplify the vision Mr. Hall had when he dreamt of becoming a lawyer. Criminal Defense

I have high anxiety and I was being charged with shoplifting and AJ and Grace were there for me every step of the way. I was looking at a class 1 misdemeanor which could have potentially been $4500 worth a fines, a record, and 6 months in jail. They worked hard on this case for me to give me the diversion program. They are on top of everything and such caring people, like I said they talked to me whenever I needed, emailed me back in a timely manner (even on holidays)! I would highly recommend them to anyone that needed to hire an attorney. Thank you both so much for all you did for me!

Wow. I would hire him if I needed an attorney.

Wow. I would hire him if I needed an attorney. He defended my friend and her family. I sat in the court room all day for 6 days and watched him and his partner Ryan Tait work and they were amazing. Calm, prepared, aggressive when they needed to be and they really cared about my friend and her family. I felt like they were in great hands and they won their very difficult case. I was VERY disillusioned with the legal process in general, the judge, lying prosecutor and the general unfairness of the way the state prosecutes cases but I felt nothing but integrity and honesty from Mr. Hall and Mr. Tait. They are good men.

Brian and Janna Bentley case

Confident. Capable. Passionate. Experienced. Caring. Not Arrogant.

We were told to go to Tait and Hall by one of the best lawyers we know. We spent months with AJ, Ryan and Grace and know for ourselves now that they are among some of the best too and are respectable lawyers who make sure they are prepared to stand with their clients to get the best possible outcome. In reality, we aren't sure how we would have weathered such a time without AJ and Ryan and their dedication to doing all they could to help us. I appreciated that while super knowledgeable and experienced, they allowed me to ask, comment and even share insights I had that at times were not even helpful or relevant to trying the case :/ , but were important to me. Approachable. Confident. Capable. Experienced. Caring. (Not Arrogant)---just a few words to describe AJ...and now I would add 'friend.' I absolutely recommend these attorneys.

Great lawyer

AJ Hall was professional in every sens of the meaning in handling my case and anytime we met to review my case. He found an answer for every question or concern that I had and did everything in his power to make sure he had it in a timely matter. He made sure my case was fought fairly and didn't rush through the case he made sure he reviews or visited alll avenues before coming to a conclusion on what we should do. Billing Dispute

We (local HVAC company) used Arthur Hall at Tait & Hall to settle a billing dispute when one of our customers refused to pay. Mr. Hall were professional throughout the entire process and in the end made sure we were compensated for work we completed. Even though the case drew on for months, Mr. Hall and his firm made us feel like our case was a priority. They never wavered in their dedication to our case, and in the end secured a favorable ruling for us. We will definitely be using Arthur Hall at Tait & Hall for our legal needs in the future.

Great guy and a great lawyer

Arthur J Hall is one of the coolest guys i have ever met. I was in a pretty tricky situation and AJ was able to get me a great deal; however, had he not, going to court with him as my attorney would have been no problem. I was living in New York throughout the whole process and he made me feel at ease and kept me informed on all of the moving parts in the case. I'm really glad he defended me. I would highly recommend Arthur J Hall.

AJ Hall should be recognized for he is very definition of going above and beyond, everything he did for my family and myself. I Would Recommend AJ to Anyone in Need of Legal Assistance

AJ recently handled my Criminal Speeding case, in which I felt wrongfully accused. AJ is very different from other attorneys. Rather than viewing me as a criminal delinquent, he was friendly and professional in approaching my case. AJ made it clear from the beginning what consequences I could face, and provided me with all the tools I needed to help him help me. He communicated all information he received immediately, and was never hard to contact. My case was dismissed due to his hard work and diligence. Five Stars For Sure!

Aj was the first lawyer we went and saw once my legal problems arised, and I can honestly say that my family and I made the right choice when deciding to hire Aj for my case. Knowledgeable - Professional - Diligent

Mr Hall represented me in my case to restore my civil rights. I seeked advise from other attorney's that would have been unable to restore my rights. However, Mr Hall was able to do so because of his vast knowledge and willingness to not give up! Amazing. An Attorney Who Cares About His Clients

Clients always expect reasonable representation when they hire an attorney. AJ Hall offers much more. He actually cares about his clients. He gets all the facts, does the research, spends time with his clients, explains everything and he is prepared when he goes to court. He is more interested in getting the best possible results than expediting a conclusion and moving on to the next case. My son had a very difficult case and under the best of circumstances, prepared emotionally, for a negative outcome. AJ Hall is a Rockstar!!!

AJ Hall was INCREDIBLE from the minute I called him and told him my situation until the very last court date where he got me an incredible deal... More than I could have ever hoped for. AJ took on my case and made me feel comfortable right away and never made me promises he couldn't keep. He guided me and never mislead me even good news or not. Throughout my whole very long ordeal he was so professional, informative,compassionate,and fought so hard to get me what I needed!! Although the battle was rough he never gave up and was willing to do whatever I wanted ,take it as far as I wanted to get the outcome I wanted/needed! And I can't be more thankful. He went to court so many times for me to fight my battle and to get me the best possible outcome and he did!!!
