Timothy Justin Young

About me

Our practice focuses on Jones Act and maritime cases primarily throughout the Gulf Coast region and the rest of the country. We work exclusively for injured maritime workers; we do NOT handle any other types of claims. Many offices try to handle some cases against companies and insurance companies, and others on behalf of insurance companies and companies. We prefer to limit our practice to just representing the injured offshore worker. You always know where we stand in regard to helping you, not the insurance or oil company.

Offshore work and vessel work is specialized work. That means that your maritime case is also very specialized. Because we understand this, our office fights exclusively for injured maritime workers. Unfortunately, many attorneys spread themselves too thin; they practice many types of law from criminal to divorce to bankruptcy, and then they also accept maritime cases. Our belief is that injured seamen should have a law firm that serves exclusively them.
