A restaurant owner and real instate investor had been given wrong information by friends and professionals. Within days of filing the bankruptcy we were in front of the Judge requesting the automatic ... stay be extended, giving time to the Debtor to rearrange his finances and to keep creditors off his back. The Judge granted our request.
