Great people! They were all extremely helpful and down to earth. Did not make me feel bad about my situation. They were very understanding and extremely helpful in explaining everything to me. Although I don't wish this on anyone I strongly recommend these guys if you ever find yourself in this terrible situation. They are definitely who you want on your side.
i used him for our chapter 13 bankruptcy and for getting rid of the second mortgage in our home. He was great and fast at what he was doing. I recommended him to 3 other people that have hired him to do thir ch. 13 as well

"Dave and I have been colleagues and friends for a very long time. If I lived in California I would send every client that could to Dave for financial problems. Dave and his staff work diligently to get his clients out of financial trouble. They are efficient and caring. In addition, Dave is one of the most 'down to earth' lawyers that I know. He is not stuffy and aloof. Dave really breaks down the issues for his clients into a way that anyone can understand. Go see Dave. He is a treat to meet with and an extremely intelligent bankruptcy attorney. Chris Lee"

"I have had the pleasure of working with David Lozano on several extremely difficult and important cases. I know from experience that Dave has superior knowledge of bankruptcy law, and more importantly has the “street-smart” experience to apply his wealth of knowledge to achieve results that frequently exceed even my high expectations.
