Very happy with my end result!!!!
I hired Erik Lombillo to defend me in a traffic accident ticket. I rear ended a driver and got a following too closely ticket. I didn’t feel I was at fault due to the driver in front of me slamming on her breaks… However….He went above and beyond to get the ticket reduced to no points on my license, no school required, and minimum fine. I didn’t have to do anything, he went to my court hearing for me, and all I had to do is pay the ticket within 60 days. I highly recommend Mr. Lombillo he is honest, considerate, and I feel he did everything in his power to get me the best result. He comes with high recommendations!!!!

BEST CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY IN NAPLES
I was wrongly accused of violating an injunction and was referred to Mr. Lombillo because they said he was very experienced. He told me the State had not filed charges yet and he still had an opportunity to show them my evidence and get them to drop the case. He jumped on it, met with the prosecutor, and they dropped the case before I even went to court. He believed in me and it showed when he was willing to take control of my case. I would recommend him to anyone.

| Hired Attorney
Was working in the best interest of the State
In 2012, I was wrongfully arrested for a criminal case against me said to have happened in, 2011. The case was similar to a case where, Collier County Judge Rob Crown, overturned a guilty verdict immediately in, State vs Elizabeth Rebecca Dennis, involving the same Collier County, Vice and Narcotics Bureau Officers, Detective Jim Martie and his team of law breakers. Cape Coral resident Rebecca Dennis went from guilty of a prostitution charge to temporarily cleared. In my case, I had enough evidence to prove my claim of innocence, that was not allowed. The State had no conclusive evidence whatsoever of their claims, which was happened in both cases. https://archive.naplesnews.com/news/crime/collier-judge-throws-out-jury-verdict-clears-woman-of-prostitution-charge-ep-390892088-342797262.html. My ex, and mother of my child, was referred to him and met with me in jail. He claimed that, “he looked through my case, and believed in my innocence.” I explained to him that, “I would hire him based on 2 options. That I was released immediately or I wanted my right to a speedy trial.” He assured me “that was the only options, and based on the information provided, he would have me back to my family and new born child in no time.” I spent 13 months in the county jail, had to write and present him with a motion of suppressing the evidence, as they were not found on me during arrest, after being held already for almost 10 months, and he not only allowed the court to violate many of my rights to due process! Mr. Lombillo, in one of his visits to me stated after a large down payment, and many installments that , “the less he gets paid, the less he works on my case.” During trial, I repeatedly made him aware of my issues and concerns of health issues, that were ignored, and caused me to not be aware of the circumstances of what was happening. I had five witnesses and my evidence that placed me in a different location of the alleged allegations against me, but did it matter when, transcripts of a sidebar conversation between, the state prosecutor, the judge and my attorney show them conspiring to get a guilty verdict!? There’s so much more to my story involving, a call to action, but I don’t want to give clues about what I am working on at this stage. I will just state these facts. The State prosecutor opened with this, “We could have evidence, but we don’t! It’s up to you the jury to find, Mr. Anonymous guilty.” A lot of objectionable circumstances were ignored by my so-called attorney, He acted like and appeared as if he was struggling with the case or had something to hide. Violation of best evidence rule, the ethical duties of a lawyer, hearsay, calls for speculation, vague questions, being argumentative with false information, compound questioning, and leading questions are just a few examples of what the court allowed and the trial was based on. The key difference in these trials is, that the judge rules on objections, either sustaining (disallowing) or overruling them. These types of objections in court are generally based on the rules of evidence most common in American jurisdictions. Just know that, a relevance objection is based on the argument that the evidence is not relevant to the case. Evidence is only considered relevant if it has some value in proving a significant matter. Relevance objections seek to prevent jurors from being distracted or influenced by information that does not pertain to the legal matter at hand. I am not a lawyer, and am not interested in giving legal advice, but rather interested in finding justice. Nonetheless, I am finding out that when it comes to who gets justice it’s only for the general justus’ and certain individuals are not included. Till this very day, my investigations into this issue and present circumstances, have led me down a rabbit hole of a history that is trying to be covered by “them” for over two decades. I will probably guess that, anyone with anything positive to say, isn’t melanated.

"I have known Eric for nearly as long as he has been a lawyer. On one particular case, I was a defense attorney working opposite him as a prosecutor. On that case, he gave me his "word" that he would do something, and he delivered. Eric is a man of his word, a skilled trial attorney, and respected by his peers and judges alike. I enthusiastically endorse this lawyer for anyone needing criminal defense representation."
