attorney was recommended by an aquaintance. We believed he would work for us-He did nothing we asked. In fact worked behind our backs with an issue we asked him to not get involved in. John T does not return calls, he is always out to lunch or out of town or sick. John T does not like to communicate ...with his clients. Does not like email,text or phone calls. How does one communicate. First meeting he said he would have trustee served if they had to sit on doorstep 24hrs. Nothing was done.Trustee who pilfered 800,00 plus is still free. Asked for protection from the lawsuit and assaults of a vindictive trustee who was caught. John T did nothing. He did not even have the coutesy to keep us informed of a strategy. When I finally asked him to stop working for me 45 days into the contract. He continued ! I suppose he was was padding the bill to justify such an outrageous retainer for no action. In 45 days not one motion or petition or document was filed. Only 2 letters written to the client.

I have had the pleasure of working with John on a few cases. He is always timely and responsive. We worked together in an arena that is greatly enhanced by kindness and compassion but also demands a complete knowledge of the legalities of the situation. John always directed me in accordance with a...pplicable legalities, but he also understood the complex nature of the families and the dynamics of the ever changing situations. He showed kindness and compassion which is not always easy to find in legally demanding situations. I would highly recommend John and will also look forward to working with him on future cases.
