Seth has spent his entire working life advocating for the vulnerable and disadvantaged in our community. Seth began his professional career working for the Pima County Superior Court as a criminal investigator. He then obtained employment with the Veterans Administration operating their Health Care for Homeless Veterans program in Tucson and Portland. After leaving the VA, Seth served as executive director of several agencies in the Portland and Seattle area providing services to low-income and disabled adults and families.
Seth obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Adelaide, Australia, and an Honors Degree in Humanities at Flinders University of South Australia. Seth returned to the United States and obtained a Masters in Social Work from Arizona State University, graduating Phi Kappa Phi and Magna Cum Laude. Seth was then selected for the Social Work Leadership Training Group within the Veterans Administration, where he earned a Masters of Business Administration from Portland State University, graduating summa cum laude. Seth later augmented his management skills by attaining a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Washington.
Seth attended the University of Washington School of Law. He specialized in administrative and employment law. During law school Mr. Rosenberg participated in internships with the Public School Employees of Washington, the U.S. Court, Western District of Washington, and Littler Mendelson in San Francisco. He also worked with the Innocence Project Northwest.
In his free time Seth is the art teacher for his son's class.

Already kind, caring, smart, tactful, and forward thinking. Not afraid to stand up for his clients when it's the right thing to do, despite immense social pressure to back down. This is the man for the job.

Seth took the time to review my case, and when it became evident my case was not a good fit, Seth took the time to explain why my case was not a fit, and where I might go to find an attorney willing to take my case. Seth was gracious with his time, and never made me feel rushed or like he did not ca...

I'm so thankful for Seth and his team! Super attentive, timely, and good follow through. He and his team are well educated about the law and need little time to build a strong argument. Seth was also very clear in what he anticipated, and was very motivated in securing a win for me!

It's not worth my time to fight with an attorney over the contents of a review. I'll just say that I did not find this attorney to be professional and was not impressed with the 5 minutes of a free consult I received. I emailed my case details in advance, if my case wasn't worth taking, it could have...
It is unfortunate that this person is complaining about a free consultation in which she expected much more than was offered to her in writing prior to that meeting. She expected Mr. Rosenberg to review documents for free prior to her phone call despite the fact that the appointment confirmation specifically stated that Mr. Rosenberg would not do that. Further, Mr. Rosenberg never yelled at this person nor did she make a request for a reasonable accommodation. She simply expected to get what she wanted no matter what she had agreed to ahead of time. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service. As our reviews are typically excellent, we are obviously doing this well. Sometimes people's expectations make this impossible.

"I have seen Seth achieve really terrific results for people who were in unfortunate and difficult situations. He has a way of working with people that often leads to a resolution much faster than the bureaucratic process typically allows.
