Experienced, Reliable, Confidence

I was referred to Shaun for help with a 1031 exchannge where I was trading one rental property in Seattle for two acquired properties, one in Pierce County and the second near Seattle. The transactions involved multiple competing interests, financing and title companies in two jurisdictions. I found Shaun to be very knowledgeable in the areas of title and financing and she was able to keep everyone focused and moving forward over prolonged transactions. Shaun is straightforward and methodical and had the ability to entice results from the title company where she had obviously developed a long standing rapport. The complicated exchange needed to be completed under strict timing and ended up closing at 5pm on the last day of the year. No doubt there were many other closings clamoring to record before year end. Thanks Shaun, I would definitely recommend Shaun with her determined way of working with people to get results.

I am a native of Seattle, having completed both my undergraduate and law degrees in in the state of Washington. Review of Shaun Watchie Perry

Shaun was hands on and always available. She organized all the other people required for the transaction and kept track of every single item. I always felt protected, supported and heard. She led us from the beginning of a complex purchase through all the legal steps without wasting time. She was the right lawyer for us.

Shaun was helpful

Shaun was helpful in dealing with a pretty convoluted situation I was in. She was responsive and thoughtful. She ultimately helped us get us to a resolution by leveraging her contacts.

I love my lawyer!

My case was an emotional one. After losing my beloved husband of 30 years, I had to go to court to establish my fair share of a house co-owned with his family and,after 2 years of contentious litigation, we obtained the fair and right result. Of equal, if not greater, import is that during that time, not only did Shaun (and her co-counsel, Bob Henry) professionally and ethically handle all the legal 'stuff', e.g. motions, filings, discovery, court appearances, etc., etc., but she wisely, calmly, sympathetically, and with great patience helped me through the process. She saw me through some very rough emotional hurdles. She communicated with me consistently so I always felt 'in the loop'. Those are the qualities that set her apart from many of her peers and the reasons I would highly recommend her."
