Christopher Alan Campbell

Christopher A. Campbell is an associate with Merrick, Hofstedt & Lindsey, P.S. with a practice focused on litigation, insurance defense, construction, commercial law, business, and real estate.  Before joining the firm, Christopher was a litigator for several years on the East Coast with both a national firm and an established regional practice.  He has obtained favorable judgments and negotiated desirable settlements in a number of high stakes cases.  Christopher also has significant experience in transactional matters and general corporate representation.  Previously, he served as a federal law clerk in the Eastern District of New York, and as a legal extern with the United States Attorney in Philadelphia. 

Christopher was active in several legal clinics and community programs offering legal assistance in the region during law school, and served as a judicial intern and trained mediator with the New Jersey Superior Court.  He has experience working with local, state and federal governmental agencies.  Christopher has held leadership positions with the American Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and continues to be active in local bar organizations.  He has been a contributing author for presentations on a variety of specialized topics in bankruptcy and insurance coverage.  He is currently a member of the Editorial Advisory Committee of the Washington State Bar Association.  

Christopher has a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Washington.  He is admitted to practice in Washington, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and the District of Columbia. Prior to obtaining his law degree, Christopher spent several years in the entertainment industry working for NBC/Universal in Los Angeles.  He also is an accomplished musician with significant professional performance experience and a number of recording credits.  Christopher is an avid outdoors enthusiast, and enjoys backpacking and mountaineering.
