Highly recommend John D. Webber

I would highly recommend John D. Webber and his exceptional legal representation from Graham Lundberg Peschel. It was very reassuring to have Mr. Webber, a partner at Graham Lundberg Peschel, attend my mediation hearing involving a slip and fall case against a major grocery store chain. I had both neck and back injuries resulting from the fall, along with having suffered a hernia that needed to be surgically repaired. I was fortunate that Mr. John Webber was willing to partner and oversee the case. He, along with his associate, were able to successfully settle my case thru mediation, exceeding my expectations.

Honest and compassionate

logging accident client

John is is a wonderful person and a great attorney..we hired him in October and was finished with a settlement in December..only two months later. He worked very hard for us. He kept us informed every step of the way. He even drove to our home every appointment which is more than a hour for him one way. I would hire him again for anything. He's a very caring and great at his job.A great attorney. He is well deserving of a bonus and a promotion.!

Fought Hard for His Client

My sister was in a car accident, and the insurance company was offering her peanuts to settle the claim. Working in the legal field (having done both plaintiff and defense work), I recommended she sign up with John Webber to handle her claims. John and his team fought hard for my sister, and ultimately the insurance company backed off of its awful offers, and John successfully negotiated a settlement that made my sister very happy. Throughout the process, John kept my sister up to date on what was happening, and what to expect. He made the whole process easy on my sister, allowing her to focus on getting better. I would definitely recommend him for any personal injury claim.

Took the Stress Away

Dealing with a personal injury case is a very stressful thing to do. Especially when you are trying to work and get treatment. To have to talk to the insurance companies yourself is unnecessary. I had spoken to a few attorneys and felt they were either slightly rude and/or didn't believe in chiropractic care. Once it came to a point that I felt the insurance company was not going to pay all my medical bills... I contacted John D Webber's office. He and his team took my case on and I no longer had to deal with the insurance companies. They were upfront and honest as well as kind about what would be happening in my case. Worse case/best case. They were very good at communicating with me about the status of my case, even if there was no change. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Honest and straightforward.
