Chris received his Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law in 2002 and has been an active member of the Washington State Bar Association since 2003.

In 2002, Chris worked for Expeditors International where he was a Paralegal/Senior Claims Administrator. In this position he evaluated and resolved domestic and international litigation claims with insurers, carriers and other attorneys.

In 2003, Chris began his own successful law practice, where he handled personal injury, criminal defense and family law matters.

In 2012, Chris worked for a law firm in Bothell as a criminal defense attorney. In this position, Christopher negotiated daily with prosecutors and resolved many, many matters to his clients’ satisfaction.

Chris joined GLP Attorneys' Burlington office in 2013 and focuses his practice on serious motor vehicle collisions, wrongful death claims, presmises liability claim, work place accidents and other personal injury matters. Chris is skilled in all phases of case management and litigation, including courtroom procedure. He is 100% focused on client satisfaction, assuring that the people he represents are well cared for during the litigation process.

When he is not in the office, Christopher enjoys spending time with his family.

Chris is the best!

Chris got the job done in a satisfactory manner. We would have liked a little better result, but the job is done, and I can toss the last 4 years of papers in the burn pile!

Double the 5 Star Rating

I just want to say how wonderful it was to work with Christopher and Anna. I hired Christopher after a car accident left me with a head injury. Christopher and Anna completely took care of me. They went above and beyond. I didn't have to worry about anything once they took my case. They took over all the phone calls and paperwork that were causing me stress and preventing me from getting better. The compensation I received was more than I thought I would receive. He came through on everything he said he would. I feel that I am a pretty good judge of character, and even though I had a head injury, I felt I could trust Christopher as soon as I met him. I was right on! Hopefully, I will never need a lawyer again. If I do, I will definitely hire Christopher again. Him and Anna are simply the best! I have recommended several people to them and will continue to do so.

Kind, compassionate, and effective

Chris helped me with a car accident. My insurance was being difficult and Chris made things very simple and stress-free for me. He is compassionate and kind and easy to work with and I will readily turn to him in the future when I need an attorney. I highly recommend him.

Great Attorney!

I have used Christopher Brester many times for infraction tickets I have received and he has provided great outcomes. The most recent ticket he got completely dismissed. I also appreciate that he keeps me in the loop every step of the way.

Excellent Attorney

Chris Saved My House

I was in an situation where I had made a mistake of not paying a couple of year of home owner's dues. The land management company escalated my dues with multiple late fees and I was soon needing to pay 3 times the amount I owed or I was going to lose my home. After hiring Chris, he responded quickly and immediately and he was able to get rid of most of those fees so that I could pay my balance and keep my home. The thing that I noticed about Chris is he really cared. He wasn't taking my case just to make to make a quick buck. He knows he has the skills to help people and he takes that responsibility very seriously. Hopefully I will never need a lawyer again but if I do, I won't think twice about hiring Chris.
