Excellent experience working with Mark

My organization hired Mark, based on a personal recommendation, to advise us on a subset of provisions in an important contract. We are absolutely thrilled to have been able to work with Mark. He struck the perfect balance between advising us on the potential legal risks and the practical ramificatio...ns of any given provision. Mark also went out of his way to ensure that we, as a nonprofit organization, could afford to work with him. He was also willing to be available on short notice, and responded extremely quickly and thoroughly in every instance to our various requests and questions. I would recommend Mark without reservation.

Mark is super felxible

Was introed through an investor. Mark helped with understanding our company formation, cleaning up some contracts and some other startup related messiness. He's super willing to help, flexible, and is always available off the clock/on weekends. Very understandable and budget aware. He's a super stron...g fit for startups.

Architect

The logistical and legal process of starting my own design business seemed very intimidating...until Mark helped me articulate my contracts and proposals in a way that speaks clearly to my clientele. Working with Mark helped me worry less about legalese so I could focus on design and connecting with... my clients. I would highly recommend Mark to other creative professionals who have their own business or are thinking about starting one.

Quick and Responsive

Mark helped me to go through a contract. He explained things in plain English that I could understand, which made me feel much more comfortable with the process. He was also quick and responsive, both when responding to me and with reviewing the actual contract. I highly recommend Mark.

Clear and responsive

As our real estate development and owner's representative business was forming there were more questions than answers. Mark helped clarify the nuances of contractual risk associated with the various approaches we take to service our clients.
