She helped me heal

Amy Miller initially assured me she would see us through this most difficult situation. From day one I was confident she would make sure we were aware of our options to cover our expenses. I say our because accidents like mine affect the entire family. She called often to see how I was feeling. Ofte...n times the wounds heal over but the anxiety and stress remain. I believe I got though the past 19 months without mental therapy thanks in part to her continual caring calls. She does her homework... she's tenacious, fair and honest. Exactly what I needed during a very difficult time.

Trustworthy and effective

I had a severe car accident several years ago. Unfortunately, despite much effort on my part to improve, my injuries were not resolving and actually appeared to be worsening. Eventually I felt I needed to hire an attorney and I went to Graham Lundberg and Peschel. Amy Miller took on my case and fro...m the start she was responsive to all my communications. She was also thoughtful and accommodating regarding my privacy and was sensitive to any concerns I had throughout the legal process. We attempted to settle twice. However, the insurance company and defense attorney I was battling were extremely stubborn and unwilling to give us a fair settlement. Much to my dismay we became one of the very small percentage of people who actually go to trial for personal injury claims. The process was stressful as expected. However, Amy did a great job of shielding me from undue stress and troubling information I did not need to know. She also worked very hard. She had tremendous drive and really advocated for me. Amy also has a great sense of humor and positive disposition. Surprisingly, I found myself actually enjoying portions of the trial because she is just a fun person to be around. Jim Gooding from GLP became involved when we went to trial and also was fantastic. They seemed to work very well together. In the end, despite valiant attempts by the defense to avoid reasonable compensation, the jury awarded us exactly what we had requested – 60 times the amount the defense had proposed during trial. The jury was in fact very close to awarding us more than we requested. What was equally as valuable to me is that I came out feeling respected with my character intact. It was a very gratifying ending to a long, drawn out, and at times, very stressful process. Amy Miller is an absolute star. I will always be grateful to her and would not hesitate to recommend her for any personal injury litigation needs.

What an amazing experience!

I was into car accidents in six months both were not my fault. I have never been in a car accident before and wasn't sure what to do when the insurance companies started arguing about who should pay. Someone suggested for me to get an attorney which I did, after year and a half of nothing but I strug...gle ...I ended up getting all my papers and leaving that attorney. To say the least I was discouraged, but yet I had bills still to pay ...not wanting to go through that same experience again with another attorney, I was thinking about just trying to pay all the bills myself. Then my physical therapist told me about the office of Graham Lundberg Peschel . I set up a time to meet with Amy Miller the attorney and I was impressed from the very moment I walked in. Not only was she kind and respectful to me she truly thought she could help me with my case. The whole experience with Amy and her office was amazing and totally different than the experience I had with the other attorney! Never once did she or anyone in the office make me feel bad, if I had any questions with any of the papers or records that I was obtaining or signing. I would recommend Amy F. Miller as anyone's attorney she did a great job, and we were able to settle my case...and I was able to pay all my debt. I truly felt that Amy, her paralegal and her assistant I'll truly cared about me and what happened! I would recommend them to anyone! I was 100%!!!

"If I needed a personal injury attorney, I would hire Amy for several reasons. First, Amy used to do defense work, so she understands how insurance companies work. As a defense attorney, I can tell you this insight is invaluable. Second, she's a zealous advocate for her clients. Amy passionately believes in what she does and she's going to work her hardest to get her clients the best result. And third, Amy is fearless. She's not afraid of going to trial and she certainly won't be bullied into accepting anything less than the case is worth. Amy is an excellent attorney and I highly recommend her!"

"Amy is a zealous advocate for her clients. While some defense attorneys remain reactive in this profession, Amy works hard to continue to put pressure on Plaintiffs to either settle or dismiss their case through aggressive motion practice. Amy continues to be successful at both the trial and appellate levels. She is an effective advocate at mediation and already a seasoned trial attorney. I would highly recommend Amy to represent you with regards to your complex litigation matters."
