Brian Peschel graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Business. He continued his education at the University of Puget Sound and received his Juris Doctor in 1986.
Brian then founded the law firm of Lundberg & Peschel, P.S., Inc. with his partner, Scott Lundberg, in 1986. The firm has grown significantly over 30 years and now has 30 attorneys throughout Washington, and is devoted solely to handling plaintiff’s personal injury matters, including automobile accidents, product liability claims, premise liability actions, construction accidents, wrongful death, nursing home abuse/neglect cases, maritime injury claims and aviation accidents.
Over 30 years the firm has represented more than 10,000 injured people, and has become well-known in the legal community as one of the best personal injury firms in Washington State, with staffed offices in Seattle, Tacoma, Burlington, Port Orchard, Spokane, Wenatchee, the Tri Cities and Vancouver. Due in part to this reputation, Brian has been appointed as an Arbitrator by the King County Superior Court numerous times, where he hears and judges both sides of other lawyers’ personal injury disputes. After taking into consideration all of the evidence presented, he issues an arbitration award and files it with the court. In addition, Brian is a frequent speaker at seminars for healthcare providers and their staff. He presents information to the providers regarding what they should and should not do when handling their personal injury patient’s claims.
