Brian is a Washington native and earned his undergraduate degree in business from the University of Washington in 1983, and his law degree from the University of Puget Sound in 1986. Immediately out of law school Brian and his classmate, Scott Lundberg, founded Lundberg & Peschel, a personal injury law firm based in the Pioneer Square neighborhood in Seattle. They grew their practice and built a reputation for hard work, commitment, compassion, creativity, and collaboration.
The original firm that Brian and Scott started nearly 4 decades ago has grown to into GLP Attorneys, one of Washington’s best personal injury law firms, with 30 attorneys in offices in Seattle, Tacoma, Burlington, Port Orchard, Vancouver, Wenatchee, Bellingham, and the Tri-Cities. The firm’s 36 years of experience is solely devoted to handling plaintiff’s personal injury matters, including automobile accidents, product liability claims, premises liability actions, construction accidents, wrongful death, nursing home abuse/neglect cases, maritime injury claims, and aviation accidents.
Brian has been regularly appointed as an Arbitrator by the King County Superior Court. He is a frequent speaker at seminars for healthcare providers and their staff, discussing a wide variety of topics that help healthcare providers understand and navigate personal injury claims and insurance claims practices. Brian has been an EAGLE member of the Washington State Association for Justice for over 20 years. In his spare time, Brian serves as a volunteer Mock Trial Coach at University Prep in Seattle.
