Sean B. Malcolm.Â
My trial practice focuses on serious personal injury and wrongful death. We also defend accused persons at trial in select instances.
I gained experience as a defense attorney at Davis, Wright, Tremaine, LLP and a boutique litigation law firm in Seattle, Washington.  I gained my initial trial experience in criminal defense as a public defender in King County, WA.  I won my first trial while I was still a law student, after being appointed by the court to represent an accused person.  Prior to law school, I owned a forestry business in British Columbia, Canada.
When not working, I am herded by my two miniature Australian shepherds, Sadie and Chloe.Â
