Straightforward efficient

Great attorney! Highly Recommend!

Scott Weaver did an excellent job with my fraudulent transfer case. Scott was very thorough in helping me understand the law, explaining my options, and controlling legal fees and costs. He genuinely had my best interests at heart and tried to resolve the case efficiently and expeditiously. We medi...ated the case prior to significant discovery or motion practice. Scott ignored the mediator’s admonition to settle for in excess of $200,000. During mediation, Scott came up with a creative legal argument. As a result of Scott ignoring the mediator and Scott’s creativity, we settled the matter for half the amount insisted upon by the mediator. In addition to settling for $100,000 less than the amount insisted upon by the mediator, the settlement saved me a fortune in legal fees and relieved me of the associated mental and emotional stress of continued litigation and trial. I would definitely hire Scott and his team again.

Mr. Weaver is a rock star

Scott is amazing! He litigated a big win for my case against one of my former tenants. My case was rather unique as the defendant was a lawyer himself, and basically told me if I decide to sue him, he will make it long, painful and expensive for me. I called a handful of lawyers but Scott was the ...only one that was passionate not only winning the case, but make sure the defendant understands his behavior will not be tolerated. Scott was mindful of my expenses and I efficiently brought an action against the attorney and in the end, he paid you every penny owed, interest and the great majority of your attorneys fees. I am very happy with my experience with Scott and his team and would definitely hire him again.

Great trial attorney who attains incredible results

A direct competitor to our business was posting defamatory information about our company online. Scott sued the competitor for defamation. Scott warned us all along that because we could not prove actual damages, the amount of damages awarded was completely within the discretion of the jury. He jokin...gly would say the jury can award you a ham sandwich and a cup of soup or $750,000. We spent seven days in trial. Scott took command of the courtroom from the beginning and maintained control throughout. In his closing argument, he asked the jury to award $750,000. He underestimated the power of his presentation of the case. The jury came back with an award of $900,000. Scott and his team are masterful at their trade. Highly recommend.
