The Many Years Battle
Matthew Anderson, Real Estate Attorney, skillfully navigated and negotiated our case as our mortgage passed through the hands of many different lending institutions. Matthew kept us out of foreclosure and bankruptcy during this many years battle with various lenders. Matthew's tremendous talent for getting fees and penalties removed by the lender helped us reach a settlement amount that was fair. Bankruptcy is difficult
Filing a bankruptcy claim is a very complex process and we are doing everything we can to keep our home. Matt has an in -depth knowledge of not only the process but the unique dynamics of the courts, the financial institutions and court appointed trustee that manages each case. His many years of practicing in the Seattle metro has given him valuable insight on how each party responds to the many variables in the process. He has been able to get us into payment plan and even get the second mortgage entirely removed, giving us a better chance to recover and keep our home.

Unbelievable Second Mortgage Settlement
After losing hope that my 2nd mortgage company would ever work with me, Matthew was able to reach an unbelievable settlement and help get rid of the lien and clear up my title. I'm now able to sell my house whenever it works best for me, and it's hard to put into words how much relief this has brought for me and my family. Thank you!!

A successful story
Was referred to Mr. Anderson by the foreclosure group for assistance, we were taken under his wing and he proceeded to take motions to protect our house and well being. He has a persistence of achieving goals and kept us appraised of the ongoing process at all times. With his efforts to fight for us he accomplished what we were told would never happen, he secured our discharge for bankruptcy and we are no longer under the stress of said issue. Would I recommend useing him in a heart beat, he is outstanding with his professionalism and well he has a causal cadence about him sorta like a doctor with bed side manners we found very soothing. I thank him for all he did for us.

Loan Modification

Great service
I’m so thankful with lawyer Matheo for his hard job done on my cases. He help me ten years ago to file a bankruptcy after the bad economy at the time and helped me to start all over again. And now when I sell my house I find that the bank of the second mortgage they never discharged me of the debt, and when I call lawyer Matthew he was ready to fight for me again he responded to me quickly and at the end he fixed the issue with the bank and I got my money back. I definitely recommend Lawyer Matthew Anderson. Matthew is the best and friendliest Lawyer I know.

Forclosure/Credit Card Settlement
Matt has helped me on my Foreclosure crusade. It's been many years of stress and uncertainty. Unfortunately, mortgage companies have a different agenda. However, Matt has been very helpful throughout the process. He's been able to educate me and understand my rights. If anyone is in foreclosure process, it's absolutely imperative to get legal advice and understand you rights(trustee, servicer, foreclosure timelines, etc.). Matt has done this and more. We see the light at the end of the tunnel and I look forward to Matt getting us there. We also have employed Matt to help settle our business debts. He is actively working on settlements with our credit card companies. Again, he knows the process and most importantly can move the needle. We are optimistic that we will be able to get to a resolution soon.

My home was saved from foreclosure
I was referred to Matthew Anderson by another attorney that did not specialize in Foreclosures and / or bankruptcies. The first time we spoke, I was in tears, I felt broken by the system and helpless. Matthew has such positive energy, it is hard not to go away from a phone call or meeting feeling positive too. When the mortgage company will not speak to you, Matthew will take charge and make things happen. Patient and kindness and depth of knowledge is more than evident in Matthew's handling of my loan modification. I highly recommend Matthew Anderson, his hard work and diligence saved my home for me, and nothing can mean more than that when you have lost all hope. Loan Modification
I hired Matthew to obtain a Loan Modification for me and my family. Matthew did a great job battling the bank for us through many years of negotiations with the bank. Stopping multiple foreclosure attempts and finally getting us a great Loan Modification that has allowed us to keep our home. Matthew is very detail oriented and will always take the time to discuss your case with you and make sure you completely understand what is going on. Through the whole long process Matthew was very supportive and caring about a very personal and emotional situation. I would definitely recommend Matthew.

Excellent Attorney
Due to some severe health problems in the family, our home went into foreclosure. We searched for an attorney and decided to hire Matthew. It is the best choice we could have made. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field of foreclosure laws and knows all the minutiae pertaining to the them. He caught many improper actions by the trustees regarding missing documents and correct procedures. Without Matthew, these would never have been found.

Best in the business
I first hired Mathew Anderson 10 years ago. At that time he was able to help me fight a large mortgage company who had denied my loan modification and I was in jeopardy of losing my home. He successfully won a new modification, which included better terms of interest-rate. . Unfortunately I had to re-hire Mathew to help save my home again after my husband passed away two years ago. Matthew once again successfully negotiated a new modification agreement with better terms interest-rate and saved my home from foreclosure. Matthew to the Rescue.
Our house went into foreclosure due to illness and death in the family. We hired Matthew and he has worked diligently with us in dealing with the trustees and mortgage holder who were less than forthcoming. He is extremely knowledgeable about NW law pertaining to foreclosures and financial matters and has been beyond helpful. he is also very compassionate and understanding and we are so thankful to have Matthew representing us in this matter, as we feel that there is not a more competent attorney anywhere.
