A Very long ride from despair to Hope

Matthew inherited our case from his boss who retired. It ended up being a 4 year battle with our loan servicer. Our loan had been sold 4 different times, and getting the current "owner" of the loan to give us a loan modification was an epic battle. We came up to the date of foreclosure a number of ti...mes, and Matthew just kept fighting, even after we had given up. We finally got our loan modification, and get to stay in our house. Matthew is young, but tenacious and smart. We would highly recommend him.

Best lawyer In Seattle Washington

Matthew has a work ethic that is hard to find and with this comes great results. I would recommend him to any one that needs his service, as my case was a winner do to his work habits.

Awesome Attorney!!!

Matthew has been relentless over the past few years dealing with our very uncooperative and inefficient mortgage servicing company. We have been in mediation for 3 years and Matthew has guided and lead us through this process by being the smartest attorney in the room and tenaciously fighting on our... behalf and prevailing in every battle along the way, culminating with winning and receiving the modification we have been trying to attain since 2009. He has always been so mindful of our feelings and emotions during this process that he feels like a friend as well as our attorney. Matthew's fees have always been fair and we always know that he is working extremely hard on our behalf to earn them. There is not a doubt in our minds that we made the very best choice when we hired Matthew.

He's on your side

While other attorneys told me to give up, that all was lost, Mr.Anderson "respectfully disagreed". And am I glad he did...even better, I am glad that I listened. I am trying to save my house from foreclosure, while this process isn't for the weak of heart, I am glad that Matt is leading the charge. T...hey say the devil is in the details and Matt quickly picks up on those however small. So far, those little details have helped me over come a huge obstacle. I am confident that the next leaps through the mortgage/foreclosure puzzle will be small jumps!

Foreclosure Matter resolved favorably

When his client's home went into foreclosure, Matt did an admirable job of navigating through a complicated process to avoid the foreclosure. and obtained a result that allowed his client to keep his home, with a new loan and better terms.
