Excellent for Bankruptcy!

Among other debts, I had been sued by an auto insurance giant after a DUI and needed to file bankruptcy in order to get my license back. This was a tricky and sensitive situation. Pulling my credit also revealed massive debts I had not known about. Matthew handled it with ease and expedited a couple ...processes along the way. Even with some bumps on my end, everything turned out perfectly. I am now able to schedule a driven/written examination at the DOL to go get my life back! My bankruptcy was discharged one week after my meeting of creditors.

Relief from foreclosure overwhelm

We bought a home in 2006, and not long after, it wasn't worth a fraction of the over-inflated price we had paid. Years later, I went through a draining divorce, and some other intense financial and life events. I was constantly receiving calls, letters, etc from the Mortgage Company reps trying to co...llect. I was at the end of my rope. Matthew stopped all the drama right away. First, he dealt with the mortgage company- the massive amount of letters and calls to me stopped immediately, and I continued to stay in my home. He then helped me get through Mediation that led to a successful loan modification that not only lowered my monthly payment to something manageable, but got the mortgage company to agree to forgive a sizable amount of principal, if I kept to my payment schedule. Matthew and his team are knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. They were tireless advocates for me.

Knowledgeable, patient & a real go-getter

In 2008 our home was foreclosed. Its been several years, yet the bank continues to come after us. Fed up with the stress of it all, I hit the web looking for legal help. That's when I found Matthew's profile. I knew in my gut that he would be the one to help us sort out this mess. In our consult Mat...thew demonstrated quite clearly that he knows the law well. We have had yeaRs of stress over this ordeal and thanks to Matthew that stress has shifted to hope.
