Knowledgeable Council

Matthew has been helping us with fairly complex Chapter 13 and we have been very pleased with the level of advice we been getting throughout the case. Better than imagined results!

Matthew expertly navigated us through saving our home after its debt was discharged in our BK over two years ago. I wanted nothing to do with dealing with notoriously difficult OCWEN on my own. As soon as I received a notice of foreclosure from OCWEN I called Matthew. A few months later we now hav...e a loan modification that is much lower than our initial loan payments ever were. He is an expert in navigating the Foreclosure waters. I consider the quality service I received worth every penny and know you will to.

Great Job saving our home, he was able to STOP Foreclosure, get the ball rolling and move towards a refinance to lower our payment! Excellent!!

Matthew has helped me yet again!

A while back Matthew had gotten me a re-fi on my primary residence. I didn't think it was possible but he was also able to do the same thing with my rental property, and my second mortgage magically vanished! Thanks to Matthew and his team at MWA Law I can now afford to keep both my homes. I can't te...ll you how great of a job he did for me every step of the way, and would recommend his services to anyone who is in trouble with their mortgage!
