Fantastic Help

Fantastic Family Attorney

We hired Brent and his paralegal for a difficult relocation matter, Brent managed to get the relocation and everything we asked for whilst doing all of this quickly and with keeping costs down, we are so thankful that we used Brent and his paralegal Candice. They were always available when we needed them and went above and beyond for us. The entire matter resolved without having to go to trial and within 7 months of hiring Brent. We highly recommend Brent and his team.

Professional. Practical. Smart.

I used Brent Bohan to mediate a dispute with my ex. He did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. I liked the fact that he could both acknowledge and support my fraught mental state (being mad and frustrated) while simultaneously counterbalancing it with appropriate and realistic legal advice. He knows the laws well, but more importantly how they are interpreted and implemented in real life by various judges and opposing counsel. He helped negotiate a successful outcome and made the process more comfortable and less contentious.

Highly Recommended!

Recommended!

My circumstance was a bit complicated as I live overseas and needed to seek legal counsel for my divorce in the US. I made several calls/inquiries to various attorney’s in the Seattle area. From my first consult with Brent, I could tell he was going to be the best attorney to represent me. He is empathetic, knowledgeable, no nonsense, real, and knows when to push hard. The opposing party was challenging to work with but Brent handled all communication in a professional and respectful manner. I really appreciated how I always knew where we were in the process and what to expect next. While I have never met Brent in person and had to rely on calls and email, I never felt out of the loop on what was happening. Both Brent and his paralegal Candice were always available to answer any questions I had. No divorce is easy, but I appreciate that I had Brent with me through the processes. Would recommend.

Brent is an amazing lawyer

Brent is an amazing lawyer! He is very knowledgeable and honest. He made this drawn out divorce and child custody go as smooth as it could of been. He really went to bat for not only me but for the well being of my daughter. He really showed that he cared for the best for us. Even when crazy allegations about me were brought up and when my ex-husband started to attack him, Brent stayed very professional. Brent would make sure I knew what all the legal terms meant and answered any question I had. Brent and his legal team were always quick to get back to me. He really listened to what I needed for the end result and finally got him to settle outside of court. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and so glad I hired Brent. Very Helpful During Difficult Times

I worked with Brent on my recent divorce (5/1/18 to 9/15/18) and would highly recommend him to others. He was very easy to work with and was their to answer all of my "silly" questions without ever making me feel stupid for asking them.
