Amazing Firm, Amazing People, They Can Help!

I can't tell you how much their advice and help meant to our family. I have great news to report. My son was premature and our coverage through Aetna paid the 50k in claims they were denying in full to the hospital. The collection agency who was trying to collect on the 50k plus Interest had dropped the 5k in interest and I was only left with my patient responsibility of only a few hundred dollars. The pressure from the Secretary of State and the Office of The Insurance Commissioner on both Aetna and the collection company had become to much for them. As a family of 5 with another due in a few more weeks, Edgar and his amazing team has blessed our family. I can't tell how much it really means to us. Best Decision I Ever Made

Filing for chapter 7 Bankruptcy is a scary thing that can put a ton of stress on everything in your life. However, it was the best decision I ever made, based on Edgar's advise. He and Christi walked me through every step and helped me with every stupid question I had when I would call or e-mail. They always made sure to get right back to me and stayed in constant contact. This can be a very relieving feeling when you are going through something as stressful and hard as bankruptcy. It makes you feel like someone has your back and you are not going through this process alone. I want to thank Christi especially too because she was so attentive to me and really caring and didn't treat me as just a number or just another client. She was patient and helpful with me always and she is amazing at her work. At the end of this process I'm please to say Edgar cleared all my debts out completely and cleanly. I have a fresh start now and I'm off to a great start already. I can't express enough... Very helpful advise

I rarely write reviews but just wanted to say that I called Mr Hall and was able to discuss my problem at length with him. I believe he agreed with my view and that my case was righteous. I decided not to go through with fighting the case in court due to potential costs of that type of case, but he gave me great advice and options to pursue. I really appreciated his time and advice that he freely gave during our consultation.

Great advice, straight to the point and was honest in telling me I didn't need a lawyer

I had the pleasure of speaking with Edgar about a collection claim from a medical bill my old insurance company paid, after I was not longer a customer. Edgar walked me through the various scenarios and spent the time to answer my questions. His conclusion was simple, while I am not in the wrong, I don't have the hard facts to fight the case and win with a high probability of certainty. Amazing Work!

I was looking for an attorney to handle a debt collections summons that was served against me. I came across Mr. Edgar Hall, on google and it was truly a sign of GOD himself. He gave me a free consultation and helped me through the process of going to court and fighting the attorney. Mr. Hall drew up my motion paperwork, and sent me to court. The paperwork that was written on behalf of myself from Mr.Hall, allowed me to be able to settle out of court with the opposing attorney and debt collection company, walking away, and dropping all debts against myself owing absolutely nothing! Edgar made one phone call to the opposing attorney to facilitate a walk away deal which was accepted on the spot. Mr. Edgar was truly a savior at this time in my life with Christmas being right around corner, and 2020 being a disaster for everyone. I definitely will keep him in my contacts for future litigations if needed. I highly recommend him to anyone who may be facing any debt settlement cases.

An honest and trustworthy person

I spoke with Edgar on the phone about a Landlord-Tenant case. He informed me this are of the law is not his focus and he was not the right attorney for my case, but spend the time with me and answered all of my questions. HE SAVED ME MY HOUSE! 71 reviews..all 5 stars...YEP!

It was a MESS! Mortgage under my ex's name only so bank wouldn't talk to me. I was awarded the home in the divorce but it was in foreclosure, and my hands were tied. I tried as many different ways I could think of and asked so many people for help. I praise God for Edgar and Chris. So knowledgeable, professional and set the lender straight b/c of his knowledge of the law. So good. Wish I had a divorce lawyer as good! or ANY!
