Expert at Loan Modification and Chapter 11

I have 6 rental houses. All underwater. I went to multiple attorneys to look into filing a Chapter 11 (I'm not eligible for a Chapter 13), but couldn't find anyone who seemed reasonably affordable and willing to help me. After several years searching and several failed loan modification attempts I fi...led a Chapter 7 in 2012. My case went very quickly and the attorney I was working with advised to call the banks once it was closed and tell them to foreclose on the houses taking them back. As I waited for the inevitable I ran into Matt's Lawfirm. That's when things got much better. I have since successfully completed loan modifications on 5 of the 6 properties with Matt's guidance and we are in some great discussions about whether or not I should file a Chapter 11 or not. Matt has a unique skillset at explaining very complex situations in ways that non experts can understand as I am now married and my wife like Matt's explanations much better than mine. I have worked with many different attorneys over the years and am active in Real Estate investing. I whole heartedly recommend Matt and his unique ability to advocate for property owners through complex loan modifications and Chapter 11s.

Protected by Chapter 11 Bankruptcy & Forever Grateful

Words cannot express how appreciative we are to Mr. Matthew W. Anderson & his team. From start to finish of our Chapter 11 bankruptcy case, we were treated with much needed humor & care in this stressful event of our lives. He is very knowledgeable & was able to explain all the legal jargons to som...ething we can easily interpret allowing us to make good decisions. He guided us throughout the process, which resulted in a successful outcome that preserved all our real estate assets. He showed us that Chapter 11 bankruptcies were not just for large corporations, but individuals like us with higher-income can greatly benefit from it. Because most of our real estate properties were upside-down, Mr. Anderson was able to negotiate with lenders to cram-down our 1st lien mortgages & waived all the junior liens, which led to our goal of having cash-flow investments.
