My years of experience in both criminal and civil law have helped me to be able to evalute whether a particular case should go to trial, and to know when a good settlement offer is on the table.

Parasite
Troy is best described as a type of parasite- flea, tapeworm.. you choose. He latches onto the vulnerable & let’s go only after he gets his fill. He can also be compared to a bottom feeder. He’ll use you then drop you. Don’t call him. You’ll quickly regret it.
