I am an attorney in the San Diego area. I practice civil rights, Freedom of Information Act, municipal liability and firearms related law. I have worked on high-profile cases in most of these areas, especially civil rights. I have a deep passion for curbing government misconduct which brought me into these areas of practice. My primary purpose as an attorney is to vindicate my clients' rights through litigation in federal court. However, I am always willing to listen to anyone with a legal issue. Gets it done!
