When my son got in trouble in Portland over spring break, I was 2000 miles away. The charges against him were serious. He was a senior in college and I was scared to death the repercussions were going to ruin his future. I searched online and made several phone calls to other attorneys and read so many reviews on attorneys. In this situation, I wanted to pick the best, but I was unsure whether I could trust the reviews. Some of the attorneys made me even more scared. Peter Castleberry was so different, he calmed me down and assured me he would make everything alright. One year later, I am happy to say he did exactly what he promised. Do not hesitate to use his services if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation to need them.

Peter Castleberry knows how to interact with the Oregon criminal justice system. I made a few poor choices at a Strip Club one evening and found myself in jail. After a friend referred me, I contacted Peter Castleberry and after briefing him on the stituation retained him to represent me in this matter. He wasted no time engaging the necessary resources to get available evidence and began discussions with the other parties. His knowledge of how things work in criminal matters was key in securing a favorable result. He was able to talk with all parties to resolve the matter without a conviction. He followed up afterward to ensure the record was sealed. I feel that I was wel served and would recommend Peter without hesitation.

It is most difficult to be the center of unwanted attention. After an unfortunate encounter early one morning I found myself in that very position. I was judiciously informed that I would need a lawyer, sooner rather than later. An internet search for my specific needs revealed Mr. Castleberry. A phone call, several email communications, a financial deposit and, although unknown to me at the time, my predicament was in the capable hands of an expert.
My situation looked very grim and without Pete's services it could have turned out quite differently but here it is a little over a year later, and I am a free man with no strings attached. Although there were some hoops to jump through to detach those strings I am no worse for wear.
I would not hesitate to recommend Pete to anyone. Although I never met him in person, I do know that the services he provided was worth every penny and more and it could have been so, so much worse. Thanks Pete.
