Mark C Cogan

My teenage college age son was falsely accused of a sex crime while away to college. Mark Cogans' firm had a 20 year sentence dismissed and in place of that my son faced two expungable misdemeanors. Mr. Mark C. Cogan represented my wife in a very serious case and I was so very impressed by his knowledge of profession, capabilities of communication, and outstanding customer service. I could have never imagined in all my life I would be facing a Measure 11 crime. I had never been violent in my life and had a unremarkable record. The felony will never show on my record so long as I comply with probation and my misdemeanor is expungable in 3 years. I cannot thank Mark and his team enough for quite literally saving my livelihood and my family's quality of life.
