I had been in a bicycle accident and chose to handle the claim without hiring a lawyer. Everything went smoothly until I was settling the claim some time later. I received a letter with language and twisting legal terminology I didn't quite understand and wasn't confident signing. I was visiting the United States and was injured by a car while cycling. Charley and his staff were wonderful at helping me to navigate the complicated American health care and payments system, as well as arranging for every provider to get their appropriate amount. Charley also provided extra ser...vices, like picking up my broken bike and driving it to a shop for evaluation when I was too injured to do so myself. All in all, Charley was professional, helpful, and respectful in every way, and his staff were great at communicating and helping with all the bureaucracy involved in healthcare and insurance following a serious injury.

Not that Charley doesn't have a good sense of humor but none of those lawyer stereotypes apply to this man. He is the real deal. He serves his community.
