Charlie helped me when I need help
I had been in a bicycle accident and chose to handle the claim without hiring a lawyer. Everything went smoothly until I was settling the claim some time later. I received a letter with language and twisting legal terminology I didn't quite understand and wasn't confident signing. I called several layers who would only agree to take on an entire case when all I need was consultation for this one aspect of the claim. I found Charlie online, gave him a call, and he reviewed the letter via email at no charge even though I was willing to pay. Charlie assured me the letter was okay and pointed out a few details I should aware of. This enabled me to settle with peace of mind. Pretty amazing. I have Charlie's contact saved and will use his legal services again if/when needed. Thanks again, Charlie

Excellent help in an unfamiliar system
I was visiting the United States and was injured by a car while cycling. Charley and his staff were wonderful at helping me to navigate the complicated American health care and payments system, as well as arranging for every provider to get their appropriate amount. Charley also provided extra services, like picking up my broken bike and driving it to a shop for evaluation when I was too injured to do so myself. All in all, Charley was professional, helpful, and respectful in every way, and his staff were great at communicating and helping with all the bureaucracy involved in healthcare and insurance following a serious injury.

Throw your Lawyer Jokes out the Window!
Not that Charley doesn't have a good sense of humor but none of those lawyer stereotypes apply to this man. He is the real deal. He serves his community. He is humble AND confident- smart, prepared, and diligent. Most importantly, he is a WINNER! I should know, he helped me beat the DA's heavy-handed charges and win a very important free speech case for all of us! Charley also volunteers his time and knowledge to help the community at large. So you'd Better call Charley ;)

Charley was incredibly helpful with my lawsuit. He handled all communication professionally and promptly, both on the phone and over email. He helped keep me informed during settlement negotiations and, ultimately, he saw my case through to a fair and appropriate conclusion!

Charley Gee - Highly Recommended
Charley Gee is a fantastic attorney to have on your side. It felt like a friend was helping me with a legal situation. He is knowledgeable, friendly, communicates exceedingly well, and showed genuine concern that my lawsuit was resolved in the most favorable possible outcome for me. It did. The woman that hit was 100% at fault, the insurance company admitted as much, so my case revolved around getting the highest possible number for a settlement. Charley got that number which represented a huge relief to me. I would recommend Charley and the law firm Thomas, Swanson, Coon & Newton to anyone that’s been in a bike accident and is in need of legal representation. They are a very professional and friendly outfit. As an added bonus their offices are directly above a Great Harvest. The smells of fresh baked goods permeate the office and made meetings that much more delightful.

Charley was great!
I hired Charley two years ago for an auto-on-bike accident that I was in. Charley was thorough in all aspects of my case, and I received a favorable settlement when all was said and done. He did a particularly good job at negotiating with the other attorney to see that I was well represented.
