My years of experience in both criminal and civil law have helped me to be able to evalute whether a particular case should go to trial, and to know when a good settlement offer is on the table.

I paid and received an initial consultation with Troy I regards to dealing with squatters at a house. Contacted him a few weeks later. He asked for a signed retainer and money deposit. Told him that would be ok. Never received a retainer agreement or invoice. Contacted him and his office several time...
