I'm very grateful for the fact that I was able to work with Pete Meyers to resolve my tenant landlord issue. Pete was most importantly, experienced. He helped me have confidence with what to expect and how we should engage. Additionally, he was courteous, intelligent, direct, up front and a clear c...ommunicator. He helped set expectations and allowed for me to engage with him at the degree that I chose. Important to me, I'd be able to suggest courses of action that was listened to and advised upon without feeling judged for the suggestion. In a weird way, I felt like a team through the process. On top of this, he was very well prepared leading up to and handling our arbitration. I strongly suggest hiring Pete Meyers.
