Pete was referred to me by my real estate broker as a specialist with tenant issues/ evictions. So glad I engaged with Pete early on with tenant late paying issues - we were able to get a game plan, execute it and save time, money, but most importantly, the tenant agreed to vacate before the schedul...ed court hearing. Pete works in a straightforward manner and has a specific process that works. You need to follow his direction and you'll get to your end goal. He's great with discussing and advising on options as well. I highly recommend him!!

Had difficulties with a tenant at our rental, had tried to resolve on my own but got to a place where I didn't have a choice other than litigation. I went to the County's Court page and read through how to file a case and was confused and frustrated at how it was laid out. I was referred to Pete Meye...rs through another real estate law professional who added that in the state of OR, he was the best. When I reached Pete and explained my situation, he confidently stated that we had a case and he would draw up and file the needed paperwork. Within two weeks we had our court date and two weeks after that my tenant was out and the property was back in our hands. Can't say enough about how Pete's knowledge and understanding resolved a very frustrating and tough situation for us!
