Pete Meyers

I hired Pete to help me with a legal action against a former tenant who trashed my house. Although I didn't get full damages, my goal was to get an amount of money so that I could let it go and move on without feeling angry about it and he accomplished that. Pet would tell me realistically what to ex...pect and let me decide the course of action that was right for me. I hope I do not have a similar situation arise, but if I do, I will certainly retain his services again.

When you get a lawyer, you're going through a tough time. No one gets one when things are going peachy. So having someone respond in days rather than weeks, who knows the law, who knows the players, has given me peace of resolution. When someone is trying to back you into a corner, it can be scar...y. Having someone who is clever, competent and quick can make the scary manageable.

Pete was a great help in representing me when a tenant was refusing to vacate after having been given notice to due so. Instead of leaving in a timely manner the tenant hired an opposing attorney who for weeks tried to bury me in accusation after accusation.
