I came to him with a demand letter from my residency of 12 years for quite a bit more than my original damage deposit. Pete and I revie...wed the letter as well as my paperwork from the beginning of my residency and determined I was indeed owed my damage deposit back. I contracted with Pete to write a demand letter for me, to be sent to the property management company I was dealing with. This letter was enough to spur them to discussion and a suitable resolution. Pete was a pleasure to work with and he was well versed in the Oregon Landlord Tenant law. I would be happy to work with him again if I need to in the future.
