As a business owner with a commercial lease, I found myself in a difficult place with my landlords honoring the terms of my lease. I did everything I could to resolve the situation. Pete was very helpful with a situation we had as landlords and our property management company. Our tenants were great but the property management company neglected to write our lease contract properly. The tenants were due a relocation fee due to this contract being written poorly. The property mana...gement said we were liable for this fee but we felt they were since we had expressed our intention to move back into our house. Pete was able to take all the information and emails between us and the management company, and confirm that they were in fact liable for the relocation fee and not us. He helped us determine their negligence and help us confirm that we were in fact in the right. We had paid for his hour consultation and was able to move forward with the knowledge he had given us.
